Day 2: Rhino Tracking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

After an early breakfast, head to Murchison Falls National Park, which is located on the northern/western circuit. The tour is a magnificent excursion that includes a break at the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary to follow rhinos. After distributing the Rhinos with the assistance of your ranger guide, you will spend a total of one hour with them.

Following this excursion, you will spend the night in Murchison Falls National Park. You will visit the top of the falls today or tomorrow, depending on water levels.

Day 3: Game drives and Boat Safari

Murchison Falls National Park is Uganda’s largest park and offers exciting animal watching. We begin the day with a wildlife drive on the northern bank of the Nile, looking for giraffes, elephants, hartebeest, buffaloes, leopards, lions, and other bird species. It is a joy to observe wild creatures in their natural habitat as they feed, play, and guard their young.

The safari will continue on the Nile in the afternoon. You will join others on a casual boat safari where you will have greater chances to see a variety of animals and birds. Keep an eye on the water at Murchison Falls, often known as the “Devil’s Cauldron.” This boat safari will provide excellent wildlife watching as well as views of the falls.

Day 4: Transfer for Chimps in Kibale Forest

After an early breakfast, we head for Kibale National Park, the world’s primate capital, and the home of Chimpanzees. We hope you enjoyed a thrilling experience in Murchison Falls National Park. Kibale forest is home to 13 kinds of primates, with chimp tracking being the major draw, among many other exciting activities.

This excursion will take you through little villages, local marketplaces, and a variety of bird life. This is a day journey with a packed lunch or a stop in a town along the way. Later that evening, you arrive at your lodge, ready for tomorrow’s adventure.

Day 5: Chimpanzee tracking and Bigodi Community Walk

Kibale National Park is East Africa’s primate capital. Chimpanzee trekking is a rewarding excursion that takes you deep into the tropical jungle and through water streams. During this safari, you may see red-tailed monkeys, black-and-white Columbus monkeys, butterflies, and birds calling from the canopies. You’ll find the chimps with the aid of your guide. Enjoy photo opportunities and observe them as they play and feed.

Depending on time, you will visit Bigodi Village and a wetland famed for its wide diversity of birds and primates in the afternoon. You are helping to improve this town by taking this trip since the revenues are utilized to build schools and provide modest loans.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, our trip continues to Queen Elizabeth National Park for a wildlife encounter on the Kasenyi plains. The trip will take us by multiple crater lakes and the majestic Rwenzori Mountain ranges. When we arrive in the park, we’ll do a short game drive before heading to the lodge for lunch.

Day 7: Game drive and Boat Safari

We got up early today to go on a game drive. The animals in their various families, clans, and groupings have begun their day. Take note of the differences between these animals in their native environment and those in zoo cages. The wildlife drive takes place on the Kasenyi plains in custom-made safari vehicles for animal viewing. Look for lions, elephants, buffaloes, kobs, waterbucks, and other wildlife between the Rwenzori Mountains and the Rift Valley Escarpment.

The safari will continue in the afternoon with a boat tour on Kazinga canal, which connects Lake Edward and Lake George. The boat safari provides fantastic photography opportunities in a calm setting, with plenty of bird life on the shoreline, crocodiles, elephants, and so on.

Day 8: Expedition to Bwindi impenetrable Forest

Today we begin our trek to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, the home of the gentle giants. This rewarding excursion takes us into the Kigezi highlands, which have beautiful landscapes of terraced hills. Depending on the time of arrival, lunch will be along the route or at the lodge.

As you prepare for the next day’s gorilla adventure, your lodge in or near to the thick forest will provide you with excellent slumber.

Day 9: Gorillas trekking in Uganda

Meeting the gentle giants of Bwindi National Park will be the highlight of your safari! Enjoy the abundance of life in the thick forest, which is home to several kinds of birds, butterflies, primates, and animals. Eventually, with the assistance of your park ranger guide, you will come face to face with the massive and endangered mountain gorillas.
